Previously:
Technical Studies Diploma obtained in Milan. In 1983 he began his experience as site manager for the new openings in the commercial catering sector with the first fast food chain in Italy of the BURGHY brand. From 1989 to 1992 as PROJECT MANAGER at the AGAPE RISTORAZIONE group with experiences of new openings on the national territory.
