From 1990 to 1992 PROJECT MANAGER at AGAPE catering with achievements throughout the Italian territory. From 1992 to 1998 at AUTOGRILL as project manager for the development of restaurant chains, CIAO-SPIZZICO, in the historic urban centers of Italy. Since 1998 in SOSETE as a partner, he has been involved in the construction of large-scale distribution sites such as the IL GIGANTE SUPERMERCATI, LIDL, CONAD, OBI group, specializing in particular in sector-specific interventions on the points of sale that allow the redevelopment of open commercial spaces and functional. However, it remains specialized in the creation and redevelopment of numerous commercial catering sales, following clients such as ATOGRILL especially in the AUTOSTRADE and MY CHEF sector in the AIRPORTS. Over the past three years he has successfully followed the Italian development of the new French organic food chain BIO C’BON. In the organization of SOSETE he follows in particular the purchasing department and supplier contracts.
